The PAI invites you to walk the Village of Egg Harbor, in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin, and enjoy our collection. Door County attracts over X million visitors a season, and with that in mind, we have a goal of establishing Egg Harbor as an art destination community celebrating and showcasing works of artists.
Our collection is comprised of unique art pieces in various mediums from nationally known and regional artists – sculptures, ceramics, and paintings among others. Maps with locations are available at the Egg Harbor Welcome Center and local businesses. QR codes provide information on each piece including the artist’s insight into their piece.
The pieces you’ll enjoy come from three sources – our Permanent Collection, our Celebrate! WI Sculptures program and Private art on Public Display program.
Our Permanent Collection
We are fortunate to have a number of pieces that have been donated directly by the artists, acquired or commissioned with individual donor funds or acquired by the Village via PAI funding. All pieces are the property of the Village of Egg Harbor with the PAI providing guidance on the mounting, the surround and maintenance.
